At Northwest, we're on a journey to transform beyond today’s digital options to create powerfully satisfying digital experiences. As a part of this journey, our personal and business credit cards come armed with enhanced features, including contactless payments, improved alerts, controls and more.
Whether you're a new cardholder or you've had your card for years, we've compiled the information below to help you take advantage of everything it offers.
* For Terms and Conditions information, please go to Questions at the bottom of the page.
If you just received your new credit card, activate it now by following the instructions on the card sticker and start taking advantage of everything it offers, including improved alerts, controls and contactless design.
If your new card is replacing an expiring card, your old card will deactivate when you activate your new card—or on its expiration date. Please securely destroy it by cutting it up before throwing it away.
Update the way you make automatic payments. Have automatic payments taken from your old Northwest card or another debit or credit card from billers like utilities, service providers or online shopping sites? Provide them with your new card information, including card number, expiration date and CVV code.
