At Northwest, we're always looking for ways to make banking better. Which is why we're launching our reimagined new website, enhanced online and mobile banking, plus powerful tools that keep pace with our increasingly digital world.

Helpful tips and resources

Now that we've officially launched our personal online banking enhancements,
featuring credit score monitoring, Money Insights and debit card controls,
here's what you need to know--

 

 

Important dates to know

We're here to help make this transition as seamless as possible.
Here’s what to expect as we roll
out these exciting enhancements:

 

Between now and September 27:
Business Mobile App Users:  To make it easy for our business and personal customers
to know which app to use, we've updated our business mobile app with a new gray and green icon. 
This means if you have personal and business accounts, you'll manage them through two Northwest apps-

Rest assured, beginning Monday, September 27, you'll manage all your Northwest accounts from one app.

 

First-time log in

Logging in from the new Northwest app:
Delete the old Northwest app and search "Northwest Mobile Banking" in your app store to download our new app to manage all your accounts.  Or, click on one of the links below!

Keep in mind, if you're using a tablet to access online banking, the experience is best through a web browser, like Safari or Chrome.  To ensure online banking is working as it should, be sure you're using the latest version of your browser.

Log in from the home screen location at northwest.com.

 

Whether you’re logging in from our new mobile app or northwest.com, the steps are the same:

1. Log in using the same User ID and password you’ve been using
2. Review the terms and conditions, accept them to move forward and enter your User ID again
3. Verify your identity by sending a unique passcode by text or call
4. Select a new password and select and answer security challenge questions

Friday, September 24 at 3 p.m. to Monday, September 27 at 8 a.m.

As we put the finishing touches on this enhanced experience, Northwest online and mobile business banking will convert to read-only on September 24 at 3 p.m.

This means you will not be able to:

icon-exclamation-point•  Make changes within the system (i.e. add new accounts, change account nicknames, update personal information)
•  Initiate current or future-dated transactions (i.e. transfers, ACH and wires) or bill payments
•  Deposit checks using mobile deposit

Rest assured, all transfers scheduled to take place during conversion weekend will still occur if they were set up before September 24 at 3 p.m. and balances will remain up-to-date.
